Bravissimo Agreement Meaning

If we use the words “write” or “written” in these terms, this includes e-mails. The consent of the person concerned implies any specific, explicit and unequivocal indication of the wishes of the person concerned, with which he or she means, by a statement or by a clear positive measure, consent to the processing of personal data concerning him.
5.1 If you would like to exchange a product you have ordered, you can contact one of our customer service employees on 01926 459 859 or by email at email@example.com; or 5.1.2 you request a foreign exchange order by contacting our customer service on 01926 459 859 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If possible, we will notify you of changes in price, delivery times (or withdrawals if Click – Collect is chosen) or any other changes that may be required as a result of your exchange request. If you confirm that you wish to proceed with the exchange, we will provide your exchanged item (or provide it for pickup if you have chosen Click – Collect) as soon as we have received the product you are returning.5.3 If we cannot make the change or if the consequences of the change are unacceptable to you, you can terminate the contract (see paragraph 8 – Your termination rights). 15.1 We may transfer this contract to another person. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these conditions to another organization. We will always provide this in writing if this happens and we will ensure that the transfer does not affect your contract rights.15.2 You need our consent to transfer your rights to another person (except that you can transfer our warranty at any time). You can only transfer your rights or obligations under these conditions to another person if we register them in writing. However, you can transfer our warranty in accordance with paragraph 8.4 to someone who purchased the product. We may require the person to whom the warranty is transferred to demonstrate that they now own the item in question.15.3 No one else is entitled to that contract (except to someone to whom you give your guarantee).
